Fried Eggs for Breakfast

Fried Eggs with Olive Oil Egg ShellI find myself eating eggs almost every day lately. I used to actually hate them, especially during my Vegan Days when even the thought of egg yolk made me gag. Now I find them delicious if prepared right. Most importantly, though, they have to be organic and if possible free range. The quality and taste is just insane. Plus they're just super easy when you try to make a breakfast for one.

Yes, this post is about eggs. I love them that much. But mostly, I am trying to post more. Just being honest!
